1. Returns Eligibility

  • Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and the original packaging.
  • Items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
  • Certain items, such as personal-use accessories (e.g., earphones, chargers), cannot be returned if the packaging is opened.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
    • For online payments: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
    • For cash on delivery orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
  • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The product is defective.
    • An incorrect item was shipped.
  • In such cases, TOOT will cover the return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, the return process must be completed first. Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed for the desired item.

6. Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund

  • Products sold under clearance, final sale, or promotional discounts (unless defective).
  • Customized or personalized items.
