Returns & Refund

At TOOT, we strive to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns and refund policy allows for a hassle-free process under the following conditions:

1. Returns Eligibility

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition, unused, and returned with all accessories, manuals, and the original packaging.
Items that have been damaged due to misuse or mishandling are not eligible for return.
Certain items, such as personal-use accessories (e.g., earphones, chargers), cannot be returned if the packaging is opened.

2. How to Initiate a Return

Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.
Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified about the approval or rejection of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed as follows:
- For online payments: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
- For cash on delivery orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The product is defective.
- An incorrect item was shipped.
In such cases, TOOT will cover the return shipping fees.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, the return process must be completed first. Once the return is approved, a new order can be placed for the desired item.
